- Perishable food should be transported in refrigerated trucks or in coolers to prevent spoilage, or overflow from beverages
- Packaging tape can become sticky or may loose it stick when overheated, be sure to purchase a reliable brand and not to pack boxes too heavily or they may open up on you
- Stay hydrated! Moving items, packing boxes and touching porous substances such as cardboard boxes can dehydrate you in the summer, drink half of your body weight in ounces daily to meet current recommendations for hydration.
